Return Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
Please measure twice before ordering to save time and money! We do not offer returns, however, if you need a different size or color, we will happily exchange your product(s). Please make an exchange request by emailing us at shopdiscodog@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
The email should include the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Size/item requested in exchange
Once the request is received, the company will evaluate it in 2 business days.
Please note the following criteria:
- Items must be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- All items must be clean, unwashed, and hair-free.
- Include a note with your Order Number in the package.
- Sale items are final sale.

Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs. Shipping costs from original order will not be refunded. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
Once exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 2-3 days for processing. You will receive an email when your exchange is mailed back to you.
EXCLUSIONS: All sales of custom products are final and not returnable. All items marked FINAL SALE on the product page will not be returnable.
DEFECTS: In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within for 14 days of receiving the product for us to be able to replace the item.
